How AI Glasses Rebuild Trust in Home Services: HUWO’s Answer
Text résumés are easy to inflate and hard to verify. HUWO uses mass-produced AI glasses for first-person media résumés and event-based on-duty logging, shifting trust from claims to evidence.
The deepest problem in home services is not a shortage of information — it is that capability cannot be proven. Text résumés are polished, references are unverifiable, and once a worker enters a home, the service process becomes a black box.
First-person evidence
HUWO AI glasses let nannies and caregivers record key service moments from a first-person point of view. Instead of claiming "experienced in infant care", a worker can show how she prepares complementary food, soothes a baby and follows hygiene routines. The result is a media résumé that is far harder to fake.
Event-based logging, not surveillance
Crucially, HUWO logs discrete service events rather than running 24/7 surveillance. When an assignment ends, the employer's access to footage and data is revoked. This "keep the trust, take back the privacy" design addresses the biggest objection from both families and workers.
Combined with a national-standard AI assessment and a desk-robot hub at home, the glasses become one touchpoint of a larger Family Super-Agent that truly understands the household.
